The Western Sussex Business Campus is a multi-phase industrial park development located at the corner of Ross Station Road and Herring Run Road in Seaford, DE. The project is expected to attract new businesses to Seaford, bringing commercial, industrial, and manufacturing jobs to the area. GMB designed sewer, water, and stormwater infrastructure, as well as site entrance and internal roadways to support the first phase of the 50+ acre project. Phase 1 of the project recently completed construction and Phase 2 design is underway. Phase 2 involves the development of a 67± ac parcel into multiple lots with all associated roads, infrastructure, and stormwater management.
